Engineering leader and full-stack builder

Full-stack product engineering across messaging infrastructure, document workflows, and AI-assisted developer tools.

Open to senior product-engineering and technical-leadership conversations

I build and lead full-stack product systems where correctness, reviewability, and operational ownership matter. From 2023 to 2025, I was technical lead for a messaging-infrastructure squad at Emarsys, an SAP company, leading delivery across business-critical product areas, reviewing technical direction, handling escalation paths for delivery and integration issues, and coordinating operational-readiness and release review.

Independently, I am building Masterful CV, a live React and Cloudflare Workers product for CV and application workflows, and Consortio, a pre-user-launch CLI prototype for comparing coding-model approaches to repository tasks. Both projects reflect the same engineering bias: make system state inspectable, keep consequential changes reviewable, and keep human control at the point where documents, data, or repository code would change.

Masterful CV is a live React and Cloudflare Workers product for document-led application workflows: anonymous local editing, structured import from PDF, DOCX, HTML, Markdown, text, and JSON, live preview, print/PDF export, signed-in profiles, jobs, applications, cloud data, billing/account/admin/legal surfaces, and Playwright, Vitest, and axe checks. AI-assisted import stays structured, warning-backed, and user-reviewed, with direct identifiers redacted before requests to AI providers.

Consortio is a pre-user-launch CLI prototype that compares coding-model approaches to the same repository task before any change is applied: bounded task intent, isolated candidate worktrees, provider harnesses, run artifacts, verification ledgers and proof plans, comparable diffs, disagreement review, and human-controlled export/apply decisions.

Masterful CV

A live CV and application-workflow product that keeps the document primary from PDF, DOCX, HTML, Markdown, text, and JSON import through structured editing, live preview, and print/PDF export. Anonymous users can edit locally; signed-in users add saved profiles, jobs, applications, cloud data, billing, and account workflows. AI import is structured, warning-backed, and user-reviewed before document mutation, with direct identifiers redacted before requests to AI providers.

Consortio

A pre-user-launch CLI prototype for comparing several coding-model approaches to the same repository task under human review. It uses bounded task intent, isolated candidate work, provider harnesses, run artifacts, verification ledgers and proof plans, comparable diffs, disagreement review, and human-controlled export and apply decisions so model-assisted changes can be inspected before any repository change is applied.

Messaging infrastructure and product leadership

Hands-on product engineering at Emarsys, an SAP company, from 2020 to 2025, with technical leadership of a messaging-infrastructure squad from 2023 to 2025. I keep public detail at domain and responsibility level: the work included business-critical messaging product areas, technical direction review, escalation handling for delivery and integration issues, release and operational-readiness review, and ownership transition.

2019-2020

Digital health and governed data workflows

Software delivery in clinical, research, and medical-AI contexts where access control, data handling, review workflows, and clear operational boundaries mattered as much as the interface.

2013-2019

University platforms, teaching, and research

Library platform engineering, internal workflow tools, computer-science teaching, student project supervision, and research into high-performance data systems.

My work sits at the intersection of product delivery, operational ownership, and reviewable change. In messaging infrastructure, that meant technical direction review, delivery and integration escalation, release and operational-readiness review, and ownership transition. In Masterful CV, it means structured document state, user-reviewed AI import, local and signed-in workflows, and production-facing account, billing, admin, and legal surfaces. In the Consortio prototype, it means bounded repository tasks, isolated candidate work, comparable diffs, verification ledgers, disagreement review, and human-controlled export/apply decisions.

  • Product engineering leadership Scoping ambiguous product work into deliverable pieces, making tradeoffs explicit, reviewing technical decisions, and keeping delivery aligned across 2023-2025 messaging-infrastructure leadership and independent product work.
  • Operational product systems Building products where reliability, observability, support paths, user-facing states, and data ownership shape the experience, from messaging delivery investigations to signed-in document workflows.
  • Messaging and integrations Working across APIs, queues, provider behaviour, delivery flows, and integration surfaces where external systems, support cases, and operational reality shape the product.
  • Document and review workflows Designing import, structured editing, preview, export, and review loops in Masterful CV and Consortio where the working artifact needs to remain visible.
  • Full-stack implementation Every surface, from anonymous local editing to billing and admin, ships with automated browser, unit, and accessibility checks; AI import redacts direct identifiers before requests reach AI providers.
  • AI-assisted developer tooling Using model output as reviewable engineering material in the Consortio prototype: bounded task intent, isolated candidate work, comparable diffs, verification output, disagreement review, and human-controlled export/apply decisions.
