I build software for environments where information has to move reliably, decisions need to stay inspectable, and AI agents need clear context, evidence, and operator control. My work connects messaging infrastructure, workflow tooling, developer systems, and product surfaces without letting architecture drift from how people use, operate, and pay for the software.

Recent work includes leading a five-person messaging squad on systems serving hundreds of global customers, peaking at millions of SMS messages per day; shipping digital-health software under data-governance constraints; and building independent products around document workflows and coding-agent orchestration. I work best hands-on: unblocking people, clarifying tradeoffs, keeping implementation grounded, and making software that can scale, operate, and support a viable product.

    • Building the product end-to-end across document editing, PDF/DOCX import and export, job tracking, generated CVs, cover letters, profile suggestions, and job guidance.
    • Refining LLM pipelines into reviewable artifacts with schema-validated steps, persisted generation history, PII redaction, evidence constraints, repair/polish passes, warnings, rate limits, and partial-run recovery.

    Led a five-person Messaging Infrastructure squad as technical lead, SMS product engineering owner, hiring manager, and line manager, partnering with product, architecture, support, customer success, sales, vendors, and US teams.

    • Acted as engineering owner for a major usage-based SMS product line serving hundreds of global customers, including SMPP routing, credit management, worldwide carrier integrations, regulated messaging, and billing behaviour.
    • Led and reviewed API design, database schemas, queue flows, billing flows, routing logic, deployment design, alerting design, SLOs, and capacity planning across high-volume messaging systems.
